This sounds fairly extreme, but what I'm trying to expound here is that - Put a filter in life. See everything, but observe what you need. Hear everything, but listen to what you need. It's in the race for happiness. that we run across so much unhappiness. But we need to start realizing that happiness isn't a race, it's your own journey.
